Cancellation Policy:


At AMICO SALON, we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to the need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We value your time and ours and want to ensure that our schedules run smoothly for everyone. To maintain the efficiency of our salon operations, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:


Cancellation Notice:

We kindly request that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot.


Late Cancellation Fee:

If you fail to cancel your appointment with at least a 24-hour notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of service booked will be charged to the credit card on file. This fee helps us compensate for the time and resources reserved for your appointment, which could have been allocated to another client.


How to Cancel or Reschedule:

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us during our business hours. You can also cancel or reschedule online through our website if you have an online booking account.


Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations may occur, and we will consider these on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such circumstances.
